3 oz pulled pork - mustard sauce
1 bite cherry cheesecake
Dinner beef stir fry over basmati brown rice
6 bites of banana split cake
Snack spinach salad with tomatos,onion,ham and cheese

very poor water drinker! Or any fluid really.
