Breakfast 2 poached eggs with 1/4 cup of low fat grated cheese 185

black coffee
watermellon, cantelope, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries....100 calories..Had a big bowl full!
Lunch 1/2 of 6" subway turkey sandwich with lettuce and tomatoe 140
1/2 deviled egg 70
3 tortilla chips
1 tbsp. sloppy jo
3 grape tomatoes
2 bottles of water
Dinner 3 whole grain waffles 210
PB2 2 tbs.45

Snack 2 mint cookies 130

Skinny Cow Heavenly crisp bar 110

total calories=945..I know it's not enough!! Will do better tomorrow!!
Comments/Questions? I have been around a lot of food this week...donuts, homemade cinnamon rolls, cakes, cookies, chips, you name it, it's been there....done pretty good at controlling my urge of wanting to eat everything in site...I focused on tbs. portions and ate with my back toward the food!!
Lots of walking and climbing on the bleachers today!
Tomorrow is another day!! One day at a time!!
