Breakfast Starbucks- plain bagel w/ reduced fat cream cheese and berry hibiscus refresher after my long run
Lunch Lunch/Snack/Dinner - went hand in hand today. Had guacamole, bean dip, fresh fruit and veggies all throughout the day
Snack 4 MGD 64's :)
Comments/Questions? Ran 10 miles

Went to a pool party - food ran together all day.... Lost track of calories, but wasn't too worried after my run.
