Breakfast Omelet- 2 egg whites and 1 egg - mushroom, spinach, peppers, and a smidgen of cheese. VERY YUMMY! with a cup of black coffee.
Lunch 6" Turkey Breast sandwhich from Subway...RAN THROUGH THE GARDEN....with a little mustard. Side of veggies as a substitute for chips...carrots, celery, broc.
Dinner Grilled chicken breast, side of fresh green beans, and a little dab of roasted red potatoes. I ate a small side salad with some strawberries and blueberries with a little vinegrette.

Snack Apple....I drank lots of water!
Comments/Questions? Ran the Wall Dogs 5k...and got my best time! :)
