Breakfast 2 egg whites and half of a bagel with light cream cheese. 1 cup of black coffee.
Lunch Spicy tuna pack with cottage cheese and low fat triscuits. side of raw veggies.
Dinner Grilled Salmon. Side salad with fruits and veggies, applesauce....watermelon for dessert.
Snack apple with pb2 mixed with light cool whip and a yogurt for my afternoon snack.
Comments/Questions? Chix workout....and drank lots of water!
