| Lunch | Spicy tuna pack with cottage cheese and low fat triscuits. side of raw veggies. |
| Dinner | Grilled Salmon. Side salad with fruits and veggies, applesauce....watermelon for dessert. |
| Snack | apple with pb2 mixed with light cool whip and a yogurt for my afternoon snack. |
