Crystal light lemonade 8oz. 5 calories
15 Harvest Cheddar chips 140 calories

Dinner 4 oz. Jennie-O turkey with 1 tbs gravy 175 calories

2 slices homegrown tomatoes
1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese 80 calories

1 cup unsweetened applesauce with cinnamon 100 c

Comments/Questions? Total calories 983 calories..I am usually right on target with my calories and I know this isn't enough calories but I was so full!!!

afternoon 3 mile walk

for extra work out I pull the water hose hand over hand (like tug a war with rope) out to the back edge of the yard....great arm exercises...works better with the water hose on!!! :)
