I had a egg whites scrambled with spinach and served over mushrooms and peppers and potatoes and 1 slice of whole toast cal: 550
Lunch brunch
Dinner 4 oz. grilled pork chop
baked french fries 3 oz.
green beans
Snack 1/2 serving of honey roasted peanuts 80
zuchinni bread 230
