didn't stop to eat lunch....shopping in Champaign...refuse to stop at fast food place to eat....didn't want to sit down in resturant by myself...so didn't eat!! :(

1/2 c Heart Healthy cheesy potatoes 100 cals

watermellon 2 cups 100 cals
string cheese 50 cals

pm snack....large homemade bran muffin 120 cals
topped with 2 tbs. sugar free cool whip=40 cals

Not enough calories..will do better tomorrow..

Work out for the day: push mowed the yard....takes about 1.5 hours
