Breakfast 2 eggs
2 oz of turkey
tomato, green pepper, mushrooms all thrown together
Lunch turkey burger w hot peppers, tomato and lettuce as a bun
Dinner * now for the bad itiem*
bbq memphis burger from Hardees. (the small one)

I did not get any fries and drank water :)

Snack am- apple with nutella

pm- nothing....sitting in a tree stand.

total cal = 1570
