Breakfast 1/2 c raw oats with wheat germ, flaxseed, blueberries and a few pieces of strawberries

1 egg white

1 cup black coffee
Lunch Spinach salad, 1/2 grilled chicken breast, 1/2 tomato, little mozzarella shredded,

1/2 C sugar free vanilla pudding
Dinner Grilled salmon, asparagus spears, 1/2 sweet potato w/ 1/2 tsp Agave nectar
Snack Apple w/ pb2

Carrots and celery
Comments/Questions? Ate 1250 calories. Ran 5 miles!!!!
