Breakfast 3 egg whites/1 yolk omelet with 2 pieces turkey bacon/little onion, green pepper

1 c coffee black
Lunch Sweet and spicy tuna, wasa crackers, 1/2 cottage cheese
Dinner Chicken breast, side salad with vinegrette dressing, steamed mixed veggies, other 1/2 sweet potato from yesterday with 1/2 tsp agave nectar
Snack 1 cheese stick, pb2 with carrots and celery
Comments/Questions? 1300 cals, ran 4.5 miles.........my legs are sore!!
