2 tbs. French Vanilla creamer 70 cals (I couldn't find the sugar free....it's less calories)

Protein bar 180 cals (these have 10 grams of protein)

Oatmeal (1 pkg) 100 cals

1/2 cup Silk Almond Milk

total calories 395 (usually don't go this high for breakfast...just happened)
Lunch Subway Roasted turkey breast on wheat bread with lettuce, tomato, and pickle...(lite mayo on the side)
(aprox. 300cals.)

1 pkg. Baked lays from subway (130 cals)

total calories 430




Dinner Market day ChickNSteaks (1 piece=110 cal)

2/3 C. frozen corn=100 cals.

2 cups green beans=40 cals

water, water, water
total calories=250
Snack 1 cup fresh cut up strawberries=64 cals

Skinny Cow Heavenly crisp candy bar=110 cals. These are yummy!!!

I try not to go over 1200 calories a day....this day just ended up that way
