| Dinner | Market day ChickNSteaks (1 piece=110 cal) 2/3 C. frozen corn=100 cals. 2 cups green beans=40 cals water, water, water total calories=250 |
| Snack | 1 cup fresh cut up strawberries=64 cals Skinny Cow Heavenly crisp candy bar=110 cals. These are yummy!!! total calories 174 water |
| Comments/Questions? | 2nd day of camp/chix... dog for a 1 mile walk I try not to go over 1200 calories a day....this day just ended up that way |
