Breakfast whole wheat toast with pomegranate honey :) yum!
protein shake with almond milk

Lunch 3.4 oz of tilapia
1/2 c of green beans

cal 105 carbs 4 fat 2 prot 17
Dinner Homemade soup ham,cheese,potato,broccoli, cauliflower,carrots,squash and anything else I could throw in there.

cal 516 carbs 43 fat 12 prot 53
Snack I think around 4 or 5 Chocolate protein ball
Not for sure about the cal and all in the protein balls

Comments/Questions? Went for a 2.5 mile walk with the dog
That will put me right at 5 miles on my fitbit. Which is my daily goal!
