| Lunch | Chicken and baby spinach salad from Subway with lots of veggies and vinegrette dressing. I ate a few wheat thins with it. |
| Dinner | Turkey Burger, no bun, corn on the cob with little butter and sea salt, had some raw veggies and watermelon. |
| Snack | banana and a piece of low fat string cheese |
| Comments/Questions? | Drank lots of water and ran 2 miles and walked close to one. Getting my runs in before the heat wave!! :) |
