Breakfast 99cal low fat yogurt 1 piece of wheat toast with PB2. Cup of black coffee
Lunch Chicken and baby spinach salad from Subway with lots of veggies and vinegrette dressing. I ate a few wheat thins with it.
Dinner Turkey Burger, no bun, corn on the cob with little butter and sea salt, had some raw veggies and watermelon.
Snack banana and a piece of low fat string cheese
Comments/Questions? Drank lots of water and ran 2 miles and walked close to one. Getting my runs in before the heat wave!! :)
