Breakfast Granola Bar- one that i made with honey, oats, PB2, and raisins....and some yogurt.
Lunch Chicken wrap (flaxseed wrap) with Lettuce, tomatoes, and a little honey mustard. Side of raw veggies and half an apple.
Dinner Left over turkey burger with the bun, green beans, small side salad with lite ranch. And some watermelon....Now it's all gone. :(
Snack Sugar free tapioca jello, a serving of wheat thins.
Been drinking lots of water!
