| Breakfast | Granola Bar- one that i made with honey, oats, PB2, and raisins....and some yogurt. |
| Lunch | Chicken wrap (flaxseed wrap) with Lettuce, tomatoes, and a little honey mustard. Side of raw veggies and half an apple. |
| Dinner | Left over turkey burger with the bun, green beans, small side salad with lite ranch. And some watermelon....Now it's all gone. :( |
| Snack | Sugar free tapioca jello, a serving of wheat thins. Been drinking lots of water! |
