low fat sugar free french vanilla creamer 2tbs

2 oz. v8
Lunch Oscar Meyer Turkey bologna (2 slices) w/fat free miracle whip

flat bread

1 slice borden low fat cheese

18 quaker puff chips


water
Dinner 2 grilled chicken thighs

corn 2/3 cup

cottage cheese low fat 1/2 c

water

Snack quaker cheddar cheese puffs (18)

Nature Valley Protein bar (peanut, almonds and dark chocolate...these have 10 g of protein in them...
great kick start on proteins

Comments/Questions? Drank a lot of water, rode bike 3 miles.....pulled water hose around in the yard...this is a great work out....try it!!
