| Snack | quaker cheddar cheese puffs (18) Nature Valley Protein bar (peanut, almonds and dark chocolate...these have 10 g of protein in them... great kick start on proteins water |
| Comments/Questions? | Drank a lot of water, rode bike 3 miles.....pulled water hose around in the yard...this is a great work out....try it!! |
