Lunch 6" subway Turkey on Whole wheat...lettuce, Tomatoe, pickle only....= 320 cals.
1 pkg. low fat subway may=25 cals
bottle of water

total calories= 345
Dinner 2 turkey burgers = 400 cals.
low fat bordens cheese = 30 cals.
15 Sunchips=140 cals.
flat bread=100 cals

total calories= 670

**NOTE: I don't usually eat this much for dinner....was very hungry for some reason....**** back on track tomorrow!!
Snack Skinny cow chocolate heavenly crisp=110 cals

My total calories for the whole day = 1265
Comments/Questions? If you have a bad day of eatting....don't give up!! Get back on track and keep saying to yourself..."look at what I have accomplished so far" I always remember Lora and Shelley's saying:: Don't undo what you have already done!!
