Breakfast 4 ozs orange mango juice 1 egg 1 slice toast with apple butter a few blue berrriers coffee
Lunch 1 pouch tuna 190 cal 1 small tomatoe 5 small pita chips tea oh I also had 16 animal crackers 120 cal
Dinner polish sauage with sauerkraut 1 slice home made bread with apple butter 1 tablespoon semi sweet chocolate chips. water to drink.
Snack one half of an apple
