Arcola Chix Food Journal Pam Kutz

Breakfast coffee
almond milk 1/2 c.
oatmeal 1 pkg
FV creamer sugar free 2 tbs
Lunch grapes 1 cup

banana med
string cheese
(Going to get together so didn't eat much lunch, saving for dinner)
water
Dinner 4 oz. pulled pork,,without bbq, no bun
1/4 cup homemade potato salad
1/2 cup cottage cheese
fruit salad(fresh pineapple, blueberries, strawberries and grapes....) YUMMY!!! Ate 2 bowls of it!!

Water
Snack 1 ritz cracker
1 slice cheese
1 rice crispy treat with chocolate
water
Comments/Questions? I drank 4 bottles of water...

so proud of myself....usually will have a couple glasses of wine....had NONE!!! YAH!!!

3 mile run!! It was muggy!!
