| Dinner | 4 oz. pulled pork,,without bbq, no bun 1/4 cup homemade potato salad 1/2 cup cottage cheese fruit salad(fresh pineapple, blueberries, strawberries and grapes....) YUMMY!!! Ate 2 bowls of it!! Water |
| Snack | 1 ritz cracker 1 slice cheese 1 rice crispy treat with chocolate water |
| Comments/Questions? | I drank 4 bottles of water... so proud of myself....usually will have a couple glasses of wine....had NONE!!! YAH!!! 3 mile run!! It was muggy!! |
