2 cups of black coffee
Lunch Turkey wrap: 1/2 Lavash, Lettuce, Tomato, Mayo, Jennie-O shredded turkey

2 tsp of Hummus and 1 serv of Pita Chips

Dinner Chicken breast with veggies

Large glass of milk!
Snack Apple

Berries and nuts
